Oil catch tank

    Im fitting a catch tank to my black top vtr. i understand that the engine shouldnt be breathing to the atmosphere, but i dont want the oil vapour crap going back into my intake system. Am i ok in using the catch tank, and then when the mot comes round, just run the the pipe from the rocker to the blank port on my filter? so its in the intake again? and switch back after mot time? cheers

    tbh most MOT stations wont be fussed if you have the tank connected
