    from what i have read mate when i used the SEARCH function, its not 100% needed unless you are going for a wild cam with a big profile

    maybe change the followers as these are easy to change but i would not change the springs unless ur going for a crazy cam mate

    also change the timming belt an tensioners

    i just changed the belt a week latter the tensioners were rattaling there tits off oops had to strip it down an do the tensioners

    whats your mileage?

    i didnt bother changing them and they ran fine, however you really need the cams put to see the condition of the followers.

    if you're feeling lucky then just chuck the 708's in

    springs will be fine

    springs and followers from QEP work out at bout 250 + VAT

    i have some VTS valve springs you could buy...

    oh, and if you're on that mileage, i would look to get a new engine and start with that lmao

    dont part with the car, just put a new engine in. like a c2 vts lump.

    my mate has a c2 vts and its nothing compared to the saxo vts!!
    why put a new engine in as im only gonna use it occasionally as i have another car and ive recently changed most of it anyway so its like new

    my mate had a vtr with 60k on the clock and he had nothin but problems with it ... yet ive never had a major problem with my 140k vts (apart from the idling prob) with i need sorted asap

    you didnt say you had changed everything though, just that it had 14ok on. i said change to the c2 engine as its more powerful to start with.
