quicksilver springs

   my mate has some quicksilver springs available , was wondering will they be ok on a VTS i only want them one for mod national untill i can get some coilovers on?

   I think they will fit.
   
   But won't lower as much.
   
   As a VTS engine is heavier than a quiksilver engine.
   
   so the spring rate or something is different.

   surely if the engine is heavier than what the spring is designed for it would lower more? unless something im not in the know about comes into play lol

   tbh wouldnt bother with coilovers either, if your going to get a budget set for 300 quid or something might as well just spend a little more and get yourself some b8s and sportline springs mate
