Think my Engine just Sneezed!!

   Random I know, but probably a bit more interesting after a read..
   
   Basically. When I start my car after a day or two of it not being moved, you
   start it (with the key lol), and then the engine kicks I sometimes hear a
   "blowing of air" sound. Its like the something isnt fitted right and air just blasts
   out.
   
   Now this isnt a regular thing as if Im using it day by it doesnt happen. Think it
   happens more often if the weather is cold.
   
   Ive had the issue for a while but just never really thought much of it....

   sounds like its just trying to fire and its igniting the fuel that has built up whilst its been cranking

   saxo runs wasted spark and bankfire so if it fails to burn the fuel on the compression stroke, and the exhaust stroke has fuel in it, then the wasted spark may fire it and you'll get a pathetic "explosion" which goes down the exhaust

   sounds like the egr pump valve thingy
