euro rims

    hey people

    i wanna put a set of euro rims onto ma mk1 saxo vtr it possiblue and gunna get lowered 35 / 40 mm maybe more but i dunno what style and where to get them from i like the borbet a and t but dunno wat others look good on my style saxo


    any advice welcome please

    It should be possible mate, but for a true euro look, i think you will need to go lower than 35/40mm imo. I reckon a set of ronal turbos would look good aswell.

    yer i was gunna o that low to see wat it like as alot of speed bumps near me and on ma way to work hehe but im not sure on wat make to get

    they all look sort of the same imo, not really much difference, just depends on your preferance really.

    i tryed the borbet t and they looked well nice imo but the borbet a wernt as good but not seen any mk1 done

    yer looked on there but they dnt come with tyres nt that it bothers me but alot of the wheels i like arnt my offset on there but i can elsewhere

    still unaware the borbet t are on a 6 month wait to get em in a saxo fitment i dnt wanna spend to much any ideas anone

    tbh mate for a euro look, 40mm is toooo high, then youve gotta spend out buying wheels and just putting a set of euro rims on your mk1 wont make it euro at all, it'll need alot of other bodywork doing and stuff.

    not to piss on your fire or anything, but id have a re think.

    lol lee knows the work to go euro lol

    it does take 1 hell of a lot tbh
    smoothing is essential and so is good paint (can stay standard colour but gotta make it shine like fook)
    plus the little details are key in euro
    they do stand out as the rest of the car is so subtle

    i work as a panel beater slash paint sprayer the car is mint jsut had full exterior respray in posi blue and been polished not a mark and im gunna smoth all the black trims in and make it all smoth take the aerial out. the shortened recess boot.
