Lowering

   I've got 16" matrix torques on my VTR, i want to lower it but don't know how far i can go without doing any arch mods. can any one help?

   Think you may be able to go 30-40mm, only if you get 195/40/16 Tyres Fella.

   yeah got 195/40's on it, dont want any rubbing tho.

   40mm would be fine i think!
   
   i just got the eibach 30-35mm springs on mine and there is no rubbing at all even with 2 people in the rear! although the car is about 2-3cm from small ramps!

   ive got mine lowered 50 with vts alloys, that doesnt rub even with 3 ppl in the back of it the tyres r 195/45/15. i would think 40 would be fine like

   i think that some saxos are different as i have got 16's with 45pros and i get rubbing on full lock and if i go over speed bumps to quick they rub and i also had to loose my front inner wheel arches . but i am thinking of getting my arches sorted and droping it but 40mm max.

   Im on 45 profs on my 16's. I was 30mm (which needed rear arch work)
   And I have gone to 40mm today, no rubbing what so ever,
