cold air feed for raceland induction

  1. #1
as i found out today when fitting my raceland induction
the scoop sits pretty much flush to the 'slam metal bit at the front'

was wondering where i could find a rectangle intake to feed the air up inot the induction

Dont know about cutting the slam panel and it add rigidity to the chassis! But as for a cold air feed demon tweeks sell sort of a rectangular funnel for cold air feeds they do them in loads of sizes and do circular ones to and also sell piping! There in the racing section so are in intakes i believe and some in braking and there used sometimes for brake cooling! Home thats what you whrere on about! lol

Glad to hear it's not just my raceland that's being 'blocked' by the slam panel then

if its a VTR then the slam panel does block it.

theres a too smaller gap between slam panel and top of radiator.

i did some DIY work by cutting the bottom of the intake so it sits lower with out hitting the top of the rad.

pm me your email address and il take some piccys.

i made a custom air box and drilled the slam pannel using a 80mm cutter looks nice to me
