From Essex? Help with rolling rear arches!

   Hey does anyone feel like giving me a hand rolling the rear arches and maybe lowering the car?
   
   Obviously money is involved (:
   
   it's a 1.1i engine in a 1.4 exclusives shell, probably going to go 60mm all round?

   I have been told a place in st albans does it, think it's r and d automotive. Maybe 4xtreme in basildon. If you find somewhere that does let me know as i need to get mine done

   Think 4 extreme will do both rear arches for 75 quid.

   If they do that will be handy, might have to give them a ring in a few weeks when i have a bit of dough.

   Ah alright, sounds good, I'll get in touch with 4 extreme and let you know how it goes. Also what would be the best springs to buy for the front sus?
