Master cylinder? Which one?

Hi guys and girls, just put vts brakes on my gf 106 qs, and have beld all fine, but they seem very soft, and think this could be down to the 19mm MC on her at the mo...

Just wondered first if this is whats causing it, and secondly which one i need?

I have looked on gsf parts page and it looks like 20.6mm is the one the vts uses, but do these have the 4 outlets?

Also how do you bleed drums?

the m/c should be fine whats already on mate.

have you properly bled the brakes till they were totally air free?

bleeding drums is exatly the same as bleeding calipers mate, with the bleed nipple.

all 4 will have to be properly bled so pedal hardens up

vts one will be useless on the qs im pretty sure due to it having abs and the quicky not

standard vts size is 22mm, some have 23mm,

it could be worth buying an mc from a 406 non abs, it will be 23.7 or something, so alot bigger than the quicky one

on gsf there's a 20.6mm one non abs? aslong as it has the four outlets surely this would be fine? have only changed the front calipers and bled the fronts fully, but seem to travel for ages before any power is there...

maybe i'm just spoilt with my 406 brembos, rear discs and 23mm MC on my AX... lol

but thought these would be better than this... the solid discs and calipers were shocking, there is power there now, but just really progressive, hence hwy i wanted the bigger MC to harden it up... the 19mm one just doesn't push enough fluid surely?

i get in other saxos from my gti6 and cant believe the brakes as standard, may just be that

that mc should be fine, but, its only 1.6 bigger, i would think that it would be worth seein if you can get the 23 frmo the 406, pretty much same size as vts then
