Before anyone sais it i have looked at the sticky at the top of the page and it is different to what i want to know..
basically one of my mates was saying the other day that on the cold air feed pipe on most standard 1.1's e.c.t theres a restriction pipe.. it connects to the air box, this pipe is like a hourglass shape and apparantly is used by the manufactures to restrict air in to the enine, so i had a look and found it, apparantly if i replace this bit of pipe with another pipe which is just straight and not "hourglass" shaped it will increase the airflow/sound/performance/throttle resopnse e.c.t has anyone done this to there car?? i will get a picture up as soon as i get home to show you what i mean, any advice would be good Cheers
by the way i dont want to put an induction kit or whatever else anyone suggests as its only a 1.1 desire but i have to keep it til septembrer until i get a VTS and dont fancy putting any mods on the insurance til i get a better car
Thanks charles
