Flake adding to paint?

    im having my Nimrods done this afternoon and have decided on having asilver paint but i was wanting a flake in aswell and cant decide what colour flake to get.

    what have you seen that looks good?

    If your thinking of using metal flakes to put on your wheels it goes in the lacquer but on silver i suppose the only colour that would look good is silver tbh. Will make it super metalic.

    I have done quite alot of metal flaking on things and usually have a dark base coat then apply a light colour metal flake, ie black basecoat with rainbow metal flake or blue basecoat with silver metal flake etc.

    I have seen many colours with the same colour metal flake and it can be seen well and really makes it appear really metallicy and bright.

    I see you have a silver car with nimrods, I am looking for a set but wasn`t sure how they will look without the car being lowered. Is your sax lowered and if not could you post a pick of the car so I can get an idea of what they will look like! Thanks

    Any colour flake as long as its not multicoloured

    grey or white could look good imo

    i tried to flake my white vt rims with blue flake ehh kinda looked poo lol

    made the wheels look like they was constently dirty hahahaha
