    I have them fitted on my mk1 vts. They have improved enigine temps but nothing major. I can see the hot air coming out when at lights.lol

    They are better suited to old skool motors, i.e. mk1 golfs, rs turbos, r5gtt's. Anything newer than that they look gahey!

    Do little, the engine as you are aware gets very hot. The raisers them selfsraise the bonnet and allow the heat to rise and escape.

    They do cool the engine but i can't imagine by great amounts, i also do not see much of a performace gain if any..

    so nail on the head, looks if you like the look get them if you don't its not going to harm you if you don't bother getting some
