get rubber grommets from halfords, will looke shite but its da cheapest way n easiest way. u could try sum bondo glue fing for stikkin plastic body panels to existing panels

thats wot this stikaflex stuff is, thats what they also use that in body shops, thats where i got it from! im thinkin of gettin windows tinted if they used film, it will cover the holes, anyone know how much a rear windscreen would cost?

when it rains the water will run down into the holes and water will get inside the tints (between the window and the film) and it will make a mess.

my back window cost £50.00 did the rest my self

excess for claiming through (some) insurance companies is £50. Thats how much it costs me.
and didnt effect no claims either.

wel ive got gromits in now. thing is a mate of a mate wants a spoiler, hes got a mk1 vtr, so he has no holes in his windscreen and he would need them fo fit this spoiler....so would thw windscreens from mk1 fit into a mk2?

yeah it would fit, but i'd also recommend Al's method. smash/crack your back window then get you insurance company to send out Auto windscreens etc. when they come, get them to put a mk1 window in. will only cost you your excess and shouldn't affect the no-claims.
