what clutch to get?

    going to be changin my clutch soon. dont want the usual valeo or LUK one this time.

    finking of black diamond, i no they are snappy (like either on or off) but thats what im after, r ther any other makes out ther? has any1 got a black diamond clutch? ap dnt do 1 apparantly.

    any suggestions / help appreciated

    whats wrong with valeo?

    theres been loads of thread about clutchs, and valeo was rated the best.

    dnt get me wrong im a mechanic and valeo n LUk are all we fit as ther awesome but im after a performance clutch as my plans at the moment are to upgrade bits before i get my cams and a re-map.

    eg, got gti-6 brakes now, x-port linkages, etc etc.

    so im after a performance clutch and wundered if people fort black diamond r gd?

    black diamond are shit remanufactured standard clutches. if you want a snappy "on and off" clutch then you want a helix clutch, what spec is up to you clicky. Look at the prices, still want one when a standard valeo will do? You do know you can adjust your clutch cable
