Undercar Neon...

   When looking under the car yesterday i noticed i have neons around the engine bay (underneath) behind the front bumper.
   Its not attacked to anything and the owner didn't tell me anything about them.
   They have two wires, red and black. Anyone know how i can either test to see if they work, or wire them up to something?

   Im guessing, put the red on the +ve terminal on the battery, and earth the black to the chassis somewhere. Not 100% sure though.

   Correct! Red to + and black to - should tell you if they are working!
