saxo lowering..... nottinghamshire HELP!!!!!

   anybody know any real good places to get torsion bars lowered around the notts area
   need to go to a real proffesional to get it done as it is really seized up and will not budge

   most do not want to touch them because they wont budge, and if they do they charge extrtionate prices... not sure on location in relation to notts but i hear manic motors are good with torsion bars etc and at a good price,,,
