black plastic parts

    anybody know how i can get the black plastic parts on my bumpers and sides changed to the same colour of my car can it just be sprayed or can i change them i dont have a clue and thought it would look much beter also any idea on costs aswell. thanks

    Mate i done mine myself just mask around them go to halfords get the colour matched make sure u prime and spray them then good laque mines fully colour coded looks smart like white saxo :-)

    bodyshop job then. they are mouled parts so wont just come off, please dont spray them yourself if you dont know what you are doing

    okay cheers thats lucky i didnt try that asny idea how much it would cost might get it debadged at the back aswell

    anything upwards of £200 id say, depends on the place and how good they are, removing the rear badges will require holes to be filled and then the boot repainted

    thats just a guess though, although its prob a days worth of work for a bodyshop if not 2-3 days

    spraying etc isnt cheap for a good job
