alloy wheel good deal or what also help needed

   i had some 15" tsw ice new tyres as seen in my pic not a mark and i just sold them for 200 pound + full set of vtr alloy wheels plus spare brand new tyre even tho the others are mint good deal or what ???
   
   also what does people think of spraying them white??? ( blue + white goes well )
   
   how much would it cost???
   
   what sort of paint to use ???
