swith gti engine

    would it be a big job to put the 1.3 swift gti engine into my forte? ang would it make a big diffrence? cos ive been offered one reli cheap and they are a good engine!

    lol you like making things difficult for yourself dont you?

    erm, you'd need custom engine mounts as i havent heard of any that run this, custom driveshafts, linkage etc etc etc

    ok i might stop thinking about that then lol might get an old 1.0 swift though and make mi self a little track car, any thoughts?

    lol, its always going to be easier to chuck an engine in which is designed for the car. however if you want to give something a go, then good on you

    lol at the idea that its easy to just bung any engine in any car.

    they are also not that quick, they are lighter than saxos but the engine is a 1.3 and limited for tuning, just got 16v 1600 TU
