#2YES THERE IS!!!
A very big difference IMO, do you have a 4-2-1 manifold aswell??
Basically my setup is a Supersprint 4-2-1 Manifold, Supersprint Race Centre Pipe and a sebring back box, and it sounds great.
You can jst cruise along nice and steady and its not to intrusive (my car is fully slagged so is loud anyways!) but once you plant your foot you get a nice medium to high pitchd tone and can feel it grumbling!
Also on the up and down shifts and when you lift off it pops to hell!
Like i said i also have the manifold which obviously helps etc but i would recomend the race only centre section VERY HIGHLY
Just make sure you keep you CAT and original centre section for MOT time

#3thanks for reply, no i dont have a 4 branch manifold but am planning on getting one in the future. it already pops nicely when i dip the clutch so defo getting the ss centre section now and will hopefully be even nicer. are the easy to fit just? and just need to buy the vts gasket for it? cheers!

#4Mate the noise is insane and motorway driving makes your ears bleed.
I ended up selling my race pipe and brought the CAT-BACK equivelent. -
#5I have heard they are easy enough to fit but i would nto no myself as i got a garage to fit it!
Al i can say is make sure the bolt in the hole where your sensor shud go is tight, as i drove 1 mile down the road and it shot out lol -
#6how much did the garage charge you?
-
#7The garage charged me £40, but its a VERY posh garage i use, (Landrover, MG and Aston Specialists) Sure you could go to a little back street type and they would charge alot less...
But make sure you keep the parts that come off the car for MOT time
