Wheel nuts/bolts help?!?

    Hey guys and girls.
    I have just bought a set of new white vtr alloys for my wicked red desire, look gorgeous, arrived today.
    Going to ABP Motorsport on Thursday to get them fitted along with my suspension kit etc but here's the thing....I know nothing about cars lol (bad i know!) - when they fit the wheels on the car they will use my old rusty crap nuts or bolts or whatever they are called won't they?
    I want white ones, as the wheels are white, would look silly with little rusty caps/nuts/bolts....whatever they are?! (Can someone clarify that for me please!)
    Where can I get these from?

    ur probably gonna need new bolts
    no doubt the ones u had on ur 1.1 were tapered and you need flat headed ones for VTR wheels

    sorry mate thought you had the vtr studs aswel....

    you need proper vtr studs for the wheels try for sale section or wanted????

    Okay, I have the wheels but no bolts or studs?!
    What do I ask for at the Citroen garage.......
    Going got ABP Motorsport on Thursday, you reckon I could ring em tomorrow and tell them to get me a set in for me.....
    Can you get them in white as well?!
    How much would I be looking for?

    citroen are thick as shit
    i spoke to one guy there and he tried to sell me the ones i already had on my car cos i have a furio and put VTR wheels on
    i told him that i had a vtr wheels on and needed VTR bolts not furio ones
    so he ok then
    and still sent me the wrong ones
    cost me £37.41 to get 16 of them

    just go citroen and ask for vtr alloy wheel bolt and no can't get them in white just spray them yourself

    Which one lol?!
    When respraying would I just spray the head or the whole bolt....

    just go into citroen and tell them that you've got a 1.1 whatever it is and you've stuck VTR wheels on
    WHATEVER you do dont give him ur reg number cos he'll stick it into the computer and TELL you which ones you need, but of course they'lll be the ones that you already have
    you need any ones which are flat headed, or have a washed on the end
    hold on ill get a pic of mine, got them in a bag in my room....

    there are different types of VTR wheel bolts iirc.

    the ones i bought were 5.76 each from citroen, so bought a set off here for 20 quid posted.

    whatever you do, do not buy cheap ebay ones as they will result in threading and your wheel coming loose.

    you can probably get a cheaper pair on here and can probably get locking ones too for less then what i paid

    I wanted wheels nuts that were either black or white, but even if you do paint them when you take the wheels back off you will most proberly scratch some off, i went on Ebay and found these wheels caps they were cheap as chips but i think they make it look really nice they do them in white or black .

    So I basically need some standard bolts and I can but them caps to simple clip over the bolts right?
    Can you hook me up with the eBay link mate....

    no you'll only get the right ones from citroen or off someone who got them off citroen like someone on here
    i THINK they're 19mm bolts might be wrong though
    locking ones are just nuts that come with a key, so they can only be taken off once theyve been 'unlocked'
    just stops them getting nicked basically

    Yes they are 19mm and you will need the proper bolts for them , they just clip over the orignal bolts.

    I got some today, only had 5 in stock so I got them for £7.40 which was good I thought!
    Had to order the other 11 - in for Friday aft and then going to ABP Motorsport now on Tuesday to get everything done!
