custom handbrake

   is there an after market gaiter and handbrake that fits and looks good in the vtr? cus mine has got a really long handle and no gaiter.

   this is the best one i've found so far, expensive at bout £90 for the handle, fitting kit and gaitor but looks proper smart with all the aluminium and real leather, im finding it difficult to get hold of tho, hardly any shops near me sell em

   cheers, the only problem i can see is that, with there being no gaiter as standrd in the car, where the hell does the base of the after market gaiter go?
   
   it might just be my car, so i will put a pic up tomorrow.

   I have the MOMO one fitted too and it looks damn fine. You can get a matching aftermarket gaiter which has velcro round the bottom so it just melds with your carpet and stays well stuck down.

   yeah its the same on all saxo's, you can get the gaitor from pretty much anywhere just make sure its the one with the velco bottom first before ya buy it.

    i think i mite go for a new handbrake, dont want the chrome on it tho, just lookin at that picture u realise how shit the standard ones are!!

    i thought that yesterday when i was cleaning my car, i def. need to make a better effort to get hold of one of these momo ones

    cant really see mine in my pics ive got on here but if you tuck the gaiter under the carpet then pull some of it out a bit,only way i can explain is if your tukin in your shirt then pull it out a bit,if you no what i mean,sorry.

    im not bothered bout gear knob n all that cos i think that looks alright standard, my lass has a corsa and her standard hand brake looks proper smart, then i look at mine, its a metal stick with rubber surround!!

    this is what i mean, can believe how bad the standard one is. im lookin at a momo one, which isnt difficult to get but i need a kawasaki green gaiter for it and thats the real bitch to find. any help would be appreciated people.

    no im going with the colour scheme throughout my car. black and kawasaki green. if i can t get one i will just have to have one made.
