manifold question

   what manifold do you people reccomend for my mk1 vtr, i've got a de-cat,straight thru centre & back box on there at the mo,now looking for a manifold.

   gmc manifold mate is what i would go for,but i think all are pretty much the same

   i have a cituning 4-2-1 manifold, duno the reputation on them and dont really care as mine was well worth the £225 - stainless steel and deffinately noticed an improvement.
