what are these and what do they do as ive heard of people having them on there cars but dont know what they are?
any help will be great

basically they are a harder rubber than a standard bush and alllow less flex which stiffens up the ride slighly depending on which kind you get.
the tipical 1s that people replace are in the rear beam, front lower arms, and ARB

In addition to whats mentioned above, they are made from polyurethane (it has the strength of a metal and the characteristics of tough rubber) so also much longer lasting than the standard rubber bushes
