Discs/Pads

Is it worth uprating the discs/pads? my pads are due for replacement I think so just wondering whether or not to slap a bit of extra cash on some better brakes! if so, what makes should I be looking at? Brembo's, Red Dot? any links would be appreciated!

    Will !!!

I've run standard discs with high performance pads to improve braking on track. Thats probably the route I would go first.

Not a massive fan of sticking bigger disks on straight away as it increases the unsprung weight and that adversely effects the handling

You could try some black diamond vented discs and maybe go for ebc pads, I had this setup on my 205 and it was spot on!!!

Not sure I'd recommend those as they don't work well from cold. Certainly thats not a good thing for a car on the road. On a race track you can safely warm up the brakes during the first few corners.

Try some sintered metal ones or a lower grade ferodo pad
