Dials - Sticking

   Hi,
   
   I've been messing with the Dials ie changing colours of LEDs and for some reason the needles seem to be sticking. I've taken it apart again and nothing seems to be sticking out or rubbing though...

   Make sure the dial faces are flat and even and don't do the nuts up to tight....Sounds like something is warping somewhere.
