Engine noise VTS

   When cold theres a tapping coming from around the cambelt cover as soon as its warm its gone. a mate said it could be water pump on way out. havent managed to take the cambelt cover of yet and have a look

   Could be a few things, tensioner giving up can cause a ticking noise too.
   
   Might also be a sticky lifter in the engine, when was the last time you did an oilchange? sometimes they can do a world of good to an engine and quieten it right down.

   gave it an oil change 2 weeks ago. oils still very clean used decent stuff too. might be best seeing a mechanic cheers
