How about black the rear badges, smoke the fog lights and few engine bits, ie spray up rocker cover, get enclosed induction kit etc.

To do the rear badges, rub the silver off them with wet & dry sandpaper, then bring them up to a nice shiney finish with T-Cut or a fine rubbing compound.

Yes blacking the rear badges is alot easier with wet and dry like already stated, only takes like 2 mins per badge, buf them up with either t-cut or i used rubbing compound to buff them up shiny.
To smoke the fogs is easy, you'll need to reomve the glass on them which is stuck on with like a clear silicone rather than than mastic stuff which holds the headlight glass on.
They are abit tricky to get off but take your time to prise the glass off and remove the inner surround and spray black. There is a few stickies and guides on here somewhere telling you how to do it aswell.

For my Rear Badges, I just T-Cutted them, and they came up nicely. How about going for some Pug 106 Mirrors?
