I'd say it would fit because they are both 8v engines.
But because they are both manifolds off a mk2 saxo, it would still have a cat.
I'm pretty sure that's right anyway, see if anyone backs me up lol

yes will fit just remember to get new head to manifold gaskets and use wd40 on the bolts as if they snap you are fooked! easy job tbh! i suppose for mk2 cheap performance gain really

Would that de-cat it though? I thought mk2's had the cat in the manifold?

Ahh right, you mean it's not a standard manifold I guess.
Stupid me, sorry.
There's a how-to thread in the sticky at the top which tells you how to fit the new manifold if you need it
