1.1 help needed

   Basically im planning to lower my car but have no idea how to do this.
   Was planning to go down about 35-40mm, not going lower than 40 as im not doing anything to the shocks. Also I dont like the look of really low flat archs.

   Just want to lose a bit of gap above the wheels.
   Found these 40mm springs on ebay . Im pretty sure they will fit but what else do i need to buy? I know the back is tortion bar so is it as simple as swapping the springs over and knocking the torion bar down 2 notches. Also can this be done by me or best for a garage.

   mate get 50mm for your car as the standard VTR as lower and have a heavier engine where the 1.1 will not lower the full amount i had 60mm and it lowered my car around 45 - 50mm

   we lower cars pal for very cheap compared to garages and we dont screw your car up like some of them (pug 1 off)
