setting the rear height

   any1 know the measurement from the damper holes to set the rear torsion bar.
   
   its off the car so i want to do it whilst it is off. i want to drop it around 40mm.

   you cant do it like that matey
   
   it will all be guess work as its not weight bearing and you cant measure it that way!!
   fit it to the car and we will lower it!

   i was going to but bear axel on the car and then i was get a rough measurement to start of with then adjust it to what i need it to. i just stripped the axel down to fit new seals and dont know a rough guide to set it to. and the car doesnt have tax or mot as it a track car!lol

   i think 292mm is the standard height. im going to make a adjustable dummy shock when i get time.
