westcoast puspension hight

    hi i have a 1999 westcoast, i bought it about a month ago and was wondering how to make it higher becuase with freinds in the tyres rub the arches. the guy i bought it of said it had torsion bars and lowed by 35mm but i think its been lowed more. any info will help thanks.

    we lower/higher saxo's, i am based in the midlands

    we charge 80pounds which is VERY cheap compared to all these so called professional lowering places

    Personally i would raise the back 15-20mm to match the front and then should resolve most of your rubbing.

    Only way of doing that is by doing the same method of lowering, remove torsion bars and rather than reduce the height increase it by about 15-20mm.

    Not sure where your from but i lower/higher torsion bars for £40, im in plymouth, southwest

    id lift the rear 15-20mm as mattg said but......

    at the end of the day we do the work!!
    and you have to live with it so would be up to you!!
    id say minimum of 10-15mm as a reccomendation though

    hi thanksfor the replys iv found a thread on how to higher the torsion bars so im going to have a go myself if i have no look il pm one of you to have the work done. and they aint fat mates lol its just stupidly low lol thanks allot
