Ok bearing in mind I have little idea of what I'm talking about ...firstly my brakes are shite, booked in for Wednesday to get them checked and replaced if needed. For the last couple of days when I steer to the right I get a knocking noise from the O/S/F. From reading on here I think it might be a driveshaft or CV joint (?). I have all the paperwork that came with the car and it had a new O/S/F driveshaft at the end of 2006 as well as an O/S/F and N/S/F CV gaitor and the customer comment was "check out noise when turning corners and noise from brakes" ...this is pretty much the problem I'm having.
So advice needed ...is it likely it's the same problem recurring or something different. I wouldn't have thought it would need doing again after 18 months so is there an underlying problem somewhere else?
