Exhaust advice

My current exhaust is on the verge of breaking apart it has had so many holes in it so im looking to get a full new system. Now thanks to Scott on a previous post i know i need something that goes like:

"You dont "need" anything else but your exhaust system would go like this (from engine to back of car) Manifold>CAT>Centre section>backbox."

Can anyone give any advice on where to get a setup like this? if possible id like to include a sports CAT in it as well. Im looking for performance over sound definatly, and price

So if anyone could advise any systems etc, brands, websites, full systems (inc sports CAT)

Sports cat is going to be your stubling block, unless you get a universal one then have it welded into the system.

I seem to recall cituning or someone doing a sports cat for the saxo?

Have heard of a Janspeed one aswell.
BTB (through GMC) do one??
Try Jamsport aswell.
Think the Miltek one isnt available anymore

Cost alot. More than quadruple the amount of what a normal tubular decat pipe does.

Ok, scrap the sports CAT

any advice on what system to go for? btw if i chose too would i be able to stick a sports CAT in place of the de cat pipe?

decat pipe and decat will be same size as they are vehicle/system specific.

Magnex are very good exhaust systems

nope,wouldnt include manifold. would literally be all piperwork from cat back, and backbox.

It doesnt mention if fitting is included. I know a local garage that id rather get it done at anyway, if i can just get the parts!

scorpion are not bad either, magnex is a popular choice tho. if you can afford it go for the BTB (GMC motorsport) but ive heard off someone that there not making them anymore??? is this true?

The centre section of mine gave up last week and ive replaced with a supersprint section, its given the zorst a deeper bt quiter note and as of yet no popping.

My system is a bit hybrid at the mo tho, standard manifold that i WILL be replacing asap, magnex de-cat pipe, supersprint centre and scorpion R5 backbox!!

Just been onto cituning website and theres another supersprint centre section without the silencer!!!
Would this make it unbearable tho, and i spose more importantly not pass its MOT. (I always put the cat back on a week before test)

Would you recomend the full Scorpion set up Dan??

yeah i think its really nice, sounds nice when booting it but isnt too loud on long journeys, and yes it pops alot!!

Hmmmmmm, may have to purchase the centre section then.
I really wanted the Scorpion anyway n the only reason i got the supersprint was that nowhere had any scorpions in stock and i needed it asap to go c the misses 288miles away!!!!!!!

Demon Tweeks couldnt get me 1 4 at least a week!! Thats where i ended up buying my supersprint part from.

But Gaz has made me a pretty good offer on the Scorpion section that i may have to take him up on!!!

good good, demon tweeks didnt have any in when i rang but the said they'd get it sent direct from scorpion for me and it came the next day. couldnt ask anymore from them really.
