Piper Vs. Ashley

  1. #1
I know theres way too many threads all roughly saying the same but i really cannot decide.

Thinkin 3.5 inward or outward (difference?) Piper

but then i like the ashley exhasts as well but then you have to choose 3 inch or 4 inch so really not sure.

found a few you tube vids:

    Piper : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPIIKl-tYwQ

    Ashley : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=149NA...eature=related

Also what about the build quality and dificulty to fit between the two?

    Cheers
    Ross

Go for a Piper, I have the 3.5" Inwardly Rolled and it sounds superb.

i wouldnt use that video as a good comparsion on the ashley their obvious not reving it properly. The piper sounds like a bike tbh. i wouldnt get either but i'd probably prefer a small 3" ashley.

brap thats my ashley, thats the group n version. Sounds pretty much the same as it does in the vid, much perfer my ashley to piper.!!

Mine was 4inch, but they dont fit 100% hangers need to be bent, which isnt hard if you have a hammer, that was around 4 days after i fitted it, I havent yet seen another group n ashley comp exhaust yet, but would say it pops a lil more than supersprint, and mabey a lil quieter on tick over than ss. also had a ported throttle body on it so used to flame when changing gear at 5revs +

i orderd it straight from ashley and they said it was the group n but a lot off people seem to think there not... so im not saying it is or it isnt, just ashley told me it was.

i think im going to go for the piper.. will eventually add ss centre section and either ss mani or raceland.

not a big fan of the look of the ss back boxes and think the piper sounds immense
