Mate tbh your better off just gettin harnesses aswell. Obviously you can keep the standard belts, but its a weird fit and isnt the safest thing. Why dont you want harnesses?

i suppose you are right mate, i want a luxury look interior with brown or creme leather but i want it to be safe as well. maybe i should just look at getting a retrim or buying some pre-trimmed seats.

like i said it like one bolt if ur sittin in the drivers seat theres a casing down by ur left hand it a weird screw but easy done if u take both seats out and remeber to detach the pretentioner airbag clip under each seat , once out take case off the side of each seat leaves u with the pretentioners on show there is on massive bolt like 17 -18 mm undo tht and simply remove and atach to bucket seats in the same way take of massive bolt add pretentioner and screw bk down

That will look good with a luxury brown interior mate. On a persoanl opinion i would go with harnesses, gives it a better look.

Yeah thats true lol i am too.

But if your putting buckets in do you not think it would restrict the passengers in the back? They are quite big seats your looking at
  10. #10
no it dont really just dnt pick anyone over 6 ft up as then leg room is sparse but about same as normal standard seats
  11. #11
lol fair enough. I want buckets but i think the back seats will go when i get some, Doesnt look right in my opinion, but then it definately depends on what seats you get as some are lower than others i think
  12. #12
them ones your lookin at there are quite nice to be fair nt exactly dear either, mite get some maself lol

This is basically the same as how mine is set up I would have harnesses but then cant really have back passengers. Passed through MOTs no probs

i had harnesses andd a rear seat that regulaulr had people in
buy dual release harnesses (with a clip behind the seat back)

you can put them to the highest point of the rear seatbelts
you can disconnect recline the seat put people in and reconnect

there not even in the way for peoples heads
  23. #23
the seats your looking at are from a good company. There is a bolt where the seat reclines so your pretensioner can fit!

Alex-VTS means this type of harnesses
    http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/produc...de=SAB901059NP

As you can see from the picture you have a seatbelt type clip above the shoulder straps which un-clips to allow you to use standard seatbelts instead of the harnesses...handy for when rear passengers need more room.

All you need to do is reattach the seatbelt pretensioner to the subframe.

Its acctually risky having buckets and harnesses if you dont have a rollcage. Should you end up on your roof, a harness will hold you back in the seat making the first point of contact the top of your noggin!

    i brought them
i will make a thread when i recieve them and when i fit them

    cheers for the help guys!
