why do you need coilovers for starters?

if your not putting them on the rear pointless putting them on the front imo

Handle better on decent shocks and springs. You Do know the rear is on torsion bars?

i agree that you can get good performance from standard set up but there is more of a range out there for coilover setups so i think that you can set you car up better on coilovers!

    on a saxo though?

Surely uprated torsion bars with billies and custom springs would be better imo?

what exactly is the purpose of your car aswel?

Not saying dont do it just saying do you really need to put the time and effort into coilovers?
Sure you have to cut the tubing off the strut aswel where the shocks normally sit.

im undecided on the set up im going to use but if you are will to spend that little bit extra i think its worth it for the coilovers! tbs, billies and customs spring will be just as good though!

If your serious about coilovers, a well known suspension company called HnR make a set of them for the saxo, they are expensive though. The quality would be far and away better than these cheap ebay kits everyone seems to be raving about at the moment.
