Yep, either in the oven or use a hairdryer to warm the glue up and use a sharp knife or scissors to prise the glass and plastic apart!

If your going to spray the reflector then no you dont have to heat and split as it will come apart at the back.
But if you are going to do the inside of the glass then yes you will have to heat it up.
