vtr exhaust flamer?

iv been lookin to buy an exhaust flamer for my vtr it has a de-cat.
was just woundering if any 1 has ever done an own made 1 as i am good with things like that and wat i have to use and how to do it
any help please

Because it's a stupid idea... this forum is a family forum and most of it's members are not a danger or threat to society, nore are they complete morons and want to fire flames out the back of their car (which is illegal).

If your car genuinly pops flames when changing gear or on the over-run i would see it that you have a highly tuned engine. If your car is trying to set fire to anything behind it for more than 2 seconds i'd think you have a 1.1 and have put a spark plug in the exhaust pipe.

just fit a decat manifold and decent zorst then ya wont need a flamer kit as you will produce ure own

I had a diesel centre section on mine and a Peco backbox and that spat flames out if I revved above 3.5k, I was running extremely rich mind and never tried to get it to happen.

Just not worth doing, it's something that only cars capable of something special should do.

2 options her

1, buy a can off calor gas put in in boot run pipe to back box. then fit micro switch under accelerator pedal and a spark plug in tail pipe.

there you have it one home made flamer bomb eh i mean kit lol LOL

2, buy a proper engine like mine but would cost a good 5k but will make as much flame as you like..

had one on a few years ago... you need a spark plug with a hole in the tailpipe of the exhaust with a generator type so the spark plug is charged and a switch.... doesnt really work too well unless your car pops eg: wen changing down gears etc, works of the un-burnt fumes. it use to get a little chuckle with people trying to light there fags of it,,, very silly haa
