knock and ping noise

   just recently replace my suspension all round with apex sport shocks and springs -50mm but from the ns/front there is a ping noise when wheel is turn when not moveing and its a reali noticable noise aswell and when going along the same suspension is knocking when going over bumps and rough roads
   
   The things i think it could be is the ping noise being the track rod end(this was replaced when fitting new set up)
   
   and the knocking noise may be some with the top mount and i fitted a upper strut brace aswell(which is why i was thinking some thing with the top mount)
   
   any body have an idea of what it may be and how to fix it?

   It could just be the spring moving on the shock when turning to full lock, this would cause the ping noise, but tweek up all the suspension bolts to make sure that it's all secure especially at the top mounts!
