help with lowering

   hey guys desperatley need help with lowering if anyone local in tamowrth who can lower cars please contact me via pm one of the rods that looks like its attached to the wishbone is really stiff and i tried to do it back up and just wont budge

   is there a guide to do the front suspension i cant find one anywere is it premium if so ill upgrade

   That will be the drop links then, yeas they can be a nightmare, you need an allen key inserted into the middle and then use a decent spanner to undo/do up.
   
   If the nut is solid and wont budge then all you can do really is really let it soak in lubricating spray or pour some coke on it.
   
   If the thread is turning with the nut and the allen key wont hold then use a pair on grips and prise the end of the thread and the back of the drop link and then undo the nut.
   
   They can be swines, just have some patience and keep it lubed up.
