So what benefits do they actually give? Obviously cant give a noticable power increase from having the extra filter? Does it just run cooler? Give extra noise?
In your opinion Kam which is the better product, all things considered?

If you put it in the right place then it will definitely run cooler and give you more power... in the front wheelarch is a good spot on the 206, don't know if it's the same for Saxos. Basically you need still, cool air and that's a good place to get it from because of the arch liners and the fact that it's quite far from the block (as opposed to something like a K&N 57i where it's smack next to the engine). No problems with waterlogging either...

higher performance engines need more air. You don't want the the airfilter to limit flow air into the engine. Hense on bigger power cars you need a greater surface area.
