   how do i go about lowering the back on my vtr? i dont know much about cars so please dont flame

   rear torsion bar, it is a smiple job there is a guide on here, there is a range of people on here that will do it for a great price would consider that

   Manic Motors will do it for around £40 - £60 depending on how stiff the torsion bar is.
