    seat splitter-

thats the one i got for £31.

yes , they are around £30 from Seat dealers for those. Although they do involve a fair bit of modding to fit the rear bumper of a saxo.
Lots of chopping and rivetting in place.
My one is an RGM one, specific for the saxo. So exact fit.

nice and simple mod, very sublte imo

looks great on that saxo with the euro style
  12. #12
any idea how much a body shop would charge to fit?
  13. #13
you can do it yourself mate. line the middle of the splitter up with the middle of the bumper then screw it on with self-tapping screws. then work out towards the edges and trim off the excess at the ends. you'll have to bend it as you go, to make it sit snugly on the saxo bumper. pm greensaxo, he has one on his bumper.

yeah im not to comfident doin that, wot do u screw it into? n how long screws? how do i carv the bit for the exhaust? the one above looks like hes bent the bit down on the spiltter so its underneath the exhaust
  15. #15
you screw it to the little lip on the underside of the bumper. once you actually look at it, it will make sense. buy 10mm self tappers. to cut it, use a stanley knife, you could even heat it up with a lighter etc to make it easier to cut.
once you have it trial-fitted, mark the bits at the end which need cutting, take it off, cut it to size, then re-fit it. job done.

yeah to cut the section for the exhaust just cut a section out like the one in the pic, hacksaw or jig saw will be ok.

hmm i think il have ago at it, il have to see, normally good with hands off stuff so can only see, but wot i was tryin to say with that picture, it looks like the top of the splitter is bend underneath the exhust so it looks asif it goes round if u get me, how do i do that?

think its just cut out mate.
