    smooth the 'hole' where the door badges go?

    im not keep on any of the ones i can get

    dont wanna just get a plain black one cos it'll look shit

    dont wanna just not have one and leave it cos there'll be a hole

    would there be some kind of filler i can use to fill it? and then paint it?

    or would it be hard to get it to match the rest of the strip?

    bit of weld behind the hole and then body filler on the front of the boot lid to smooth it over, piece of piss to do, just will cost to get repainted

    Well the plastic trim on your door is not painted so if you are going to use filler and smooth it down you will need to spray all the black trims on your car to match otherwise it'll stand out.

    is it not possible to just spray the bits black which would be a pretty good match?

    dont wanna take it to a body shop or do it myself tbh, too much effort just for the small bit

    thought it might have been a reasonably easy job

    With regards to body work anything is possible...

    as said above though, you'd have to spray all the strips to get them to match up again afterwards...
