Think theres companies out there that sell carbon door cards.
The standard ones are easy to take out fella.......think theres only a few screws...then they just pop off

Two torx screws mate, I think T15 or T20.

One located in the top left, easy to spot.

Other one located in the door handle.

Then theres clips around the edge of them. Couple will prob break when you pull them off but it'll be right. You dont need all of them.

As for what to put there, Once you take them off you will see a bracket that the screw in the handle of the doorcard screws into. There will be a screw holding this on, T20. You can buy handles that you can put here. Simply remove the bracket and screw the handle in.

You can also buy carbon doorcards, talk to Bic on here.

Until your ready to fit new cards why not put some sound proofing material on them, like Dynamat.

Why would you want to add sound deadening if you want to lose weight???

Sound deadening won`t add much weight to the doors, but i`m not a fan of stripping out cars unless its solely for track use.
