Spraying and laquer

   Right then... sprayed my grill this weekend... all thats needed now is laquer.
   The grill looks the right colour but do i need to sand it before i put laquer on it or do i just go ahead and spray away?

   You could very very lightly just so the lacquer has something to get a hold on basically. 1200/1500 W/D or something might do.

   very very light wet sand it mate something like a 2000 grit at least if its smooth then just leave it

   use 1500 or 2000 grit as above ignore me.

   really u sud base the colour up and leave it to flash off and u can laqour straight over it its wen u leave the base coat more that a hour and a half then u need to rub it down but if u need to rub it rub it with grey scotch nice and fine u wont c the scores once laqoured
