Did you replace the Master Cylinder? Put my Brembo's on today, leaving the standard VTS M/C on, but theres now loads of play in the pedal. Standard hoses for the time being, with braided hoses being put on Friday.

I've done a search, and theres lots of mixed reviews if changing the M/C is benefical or not.

What Master Cylinder do you recommend? Seeing as theres loads of play? As my car has ABS.....

    Thanks
    Dan

did you bleed the system correctly?

I think so, clamped the hoses, and kept pumping the pedal until there was no air in the system - I think.

We bleed each nipple at a time, is that the correct way with these?

you pump the brakes, and do one caliper at a time, then when theres no air, go to the next, you need the pedal pressed down while you undo the nipple

    Yeah I know that! LOL

Theres a nipple at the top, and a nipple at the bottom on the Brembos, and I did each nipple at a time

vts mc is 22mm and v6 mc is 23mm so not much difference. dont think you've bled them properly because mine were ok.

Ok, that was what I thought, is there any special technique to use when bleeding these brakes? My ol' man wasn't 100% sure on bleeding these, so we did a nipple at a time, or are we supposed to do both at the same time?
