   i am thinking of buying a sportex MILD STEEL manifold, are they weaker? ive heard they tend to crack? i was also thinking of heat wrapping it as well, so that will make it hotter. will it crack??

   I think they have the tendensy (sp) to crack...correct me if im wrong.
   
   I would go for a stainless steel manifold, Supersprint piper bmc raceland

   but there more expensive, this manifold is only £140 brand new. i just dont want to buy it and 3 week sdown the line it brakes.
