Rite, if i had a westy, with drums on the back, can you swap the drums for disks without replacing the whole rear beam thats bent, its just i have a full beam outside, minus disks, off a vtr, and was wondering if they could be converted without the whole axle been swapped?

#2you cant fit disks to drum trailing arms as the mounts are too short for the disks. You may be able to take the torsion bars out of both axles, take both sets of traling arms off and swap em, then replace the torsion bars in the fitted beam I cant see why that wouldnt work. But you risk damaging or dislodging the bearings which is a big no no. So its better to fit the whole axle tbh mate
